Google integrations

Connect an authorized Google Analytics 4 property or Search Console property to retrieve reports in the Deldai dashboard.

Connect Google Analytics 4

  1. Open Integrations in the dashboard and choose the Google Analytics connection action.
  2. Sign in to Google and authorize the requested access.
  3. Select the Analytics property you want to connect.
  4. Confirm the property appears among the connected properties.
  5. Select the connection, report type, start date, and end date, then run the report.

The Analytics reporting screen states that reports are limited to 90 days. Keep the requested date range within that limit and ensure the end date is not earlier than the start date.

Connect Search Console

  1. Start the Search Console connection from the integrations page.
  2. Complete Google's authorization flow.
  3. Select the Search Console property offered by the authorization flow.
  4. Confirm the property appears in the connected list.
  5. Choose a connection, report type, and date range, then run the report.

Search Console property identifiers may represent a URL-prefix property or a domain property. Choose the property that corresponds to the site you intend to analyze.

Understand the reports

The dashboard provides selectable report types and renders the returned rows for the selected property and date range. Available dimensions and metrics differ between Analytics and Search Console. Read the report title, date range, and table headings before interpreting a result.

These integrations retrieve data from the connected Google services. They do not guarantee that a traffic session was caused by an AI answer unless the returned analytics data supports that attribution.

Disconnect a property

Use the disconnect action for the specific connection and confirm the action if prompted. Disconnecting removes that connection from the Deldai integration workflow; it should not be interpreted as deleting the property or its data from Google.

Access and troubleshooting

  • Use a Google account that has access to the intended property.
  • If the expected property is missing, confirm the account and property permissions in Google.
  • If authorization fails, retry the connection flow and read the error displayed by the application.
  • If a report has no rows, check the property, date range, and report type before concluding that no traffic or search activity occurred.
