Troubleshooting
Use these checks for common workflow problems. If an issue persists, share the affected workflow and the visible error with Deldai support.
An AI Visibility audit fails
- Confirm that the URL is complete and points to the intended site.
- Retry once and read the error returned by the page.
- If the audit returns a result but cannot be saved, use the displayed claim or contact path rather than repeatedly submitting the same request.
No query set is available or a run will not start
- Wait for the dashboard to finish loading its query sets and provider status.
- Select a query set before starting a run.
- Choose a provider and mode supported by the current environment.
- If the provider is unavailable or unconfigured, check the environment's configuration or contact the team managing the deployment.
A monitoring run is incomplete or failed
Review the run status and its completed and failed query counts. A completed run does not necessarily mean every query succeeded. If the same provider or query repeatedly fails, retain the run identifier, provider, mode, and visible error for investigation.
A Google property is missing or a report is empty
- Confirm that you authorized the Google account with access to the intended property.
- Check that the correct Analytics or Search Console property is selected.
- Verify the date range and report type.
- Retry authorization if the connection reports an authorization error.
- Remember that an empty report does not necessarily mean the property has never received traffic or impressions.
Citation Verification returns an unexpected verdict
- Make the claim specific and limited to one factual proposition.
- Provide the relevant source passage, including qualifiers or dates that affect the claim.
- Review the rationale against the complete evidence rather than relying only on the verdict label.
- Independently verify consequential claims using the original source.
Contact support with useful details
Describe the workflow, approximate time of the issue, steps already attempted, and the exact visible error. Include a run or audit identifier when relevant. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, private claim tokens, or other credentials.
